When you call we will schedule your remote support session and provide a brief phone consultation to approximate the amount of time your computer problem may require to resolve.
We will do our very best to resolve your computer problem within the scheduled time. However, it may be necessary to purchase additional time to complete the work should unforeseen issues arise.
